By completing this online application, you are just making an enquiry about the availability of the clubhouse. This Clubhouse is a Sunshine Coast Council facility, managed by the WindanSea Boardriders, as such you will need to sign an agreement that includes the following:

• The hirer is over 18 years of age.

• The hirer has Public Liability insurance with a limit of indemnity of not less than $20 Million ($20,000,000).

• The hirer has Workers Compensation insurance for their employees.

• LIQUOR & GAMING: The premises must not be used for any purpose requiring a liquor or gaming licence.

• NOISE & ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOURS: No sporting activity or function is permitted prior to 06.00 am or after 10.00 pm on any day. User groups must ensure the level of sound coming from the facility does not reach a level where it interferes with residents of surrounding properties. The approved use must not involve live and/or amplified entertainment or devices at any time. Background pre-recorded music (e.g., music played through a domestic stereo) that does not emit audible noise to any sensitive receiver (including private open space) is permitted. The use of megaphones or public address systems is not permitted at any time. Users are expected to carry our adequate security control during their use to prevent incidents that may interfere with the safety of others.

• CCTV: The Clubhouse uses Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and adheres to / adopts the Sunshine Coast Regional Council’s Public Space CCTV Policy.

• CLEANING: The hirer of the venue will be responsible for all cleaning/ charges including the return of all furniture to appropriate storage areas, sweeping and mopping, and collection of any litter from the venue and surrounds.
